The founder of Habib Jewels is Datuk M.A. Habib Mohammed. Habib Jewels started this business in 1958 when he was in his twenties in Penang 50 years ago as a family-owned business. Today, it is a local household name, offering the latest jewellery at the affordable prices.

 As a family-owned business, Habib Jewels has beaten the odds from its roots as a small retail outlet in Penang`s Pitt Street some 50 years ago to become a local household name. Founder Datuk M.A. Habib Mohammeds aspiration had always been to offer the finest jewellery at competitive affordable prices for his treasured customers. Starting from a retail outlet, Habib had no models to follow but only his own initiative.
His strong motivation to create jewellery of new design and high qulity through the finest craftmanship has made Habib Jewels one of Malaysia`s most respectable jewellers today.

After going through some trouble times, Habib attributed its strength to giving customers on what customer want. With its high-quality products, the company`s expanded from Penang to the Peninsular`s east coast.
The business scaled new heights when Habibi`s son, Meer Sadik, later took over the family business. Meer, the managing director, is assisted in the day to day running by his wife, Zarida Noordin. Meer, a trained gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America, has a degree in business administration. Habib Jewels also won the Reader`s Digest Trusted Brand Award for three consecutive years. These factors are also something many other industry participants can not claim to possess.  From the mind set, we have always seen ourselves as the customer`s personal jewel consultant because customer always true in handle the business.

 The company of Habib Jewels is the company was the first jeweller to be listed on the second board of Bursa Malaysia, which was then in 1998 known as the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. In 2002, its parent company, Habib Cooperation Bhd. was transferred to the main board. The company went through a privatision excercise in 2005. Although the company is no longer a listed entity, its jewellery business is a fully integrated one, covering activities from manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing to marketing and franchising.

Besides that, Habib Jewels also continued to fly the Malaysian flag overseas by actively participating in trade fairs and exhibitions in Hong Kong, the Middle Esat, Europe as well as in South-East Asia. Habib Jewels is recognised as among the top 400 brands in Asia in a survey of 1000 top Asian brands. Today, Habib Jewels more than 15 outlets in the country and a workforce of more than 100 at its headquarters at Ampang Point, Selangor.

MY LOVED FAMILIO BACKGROUND

Hy.... My names is Wan Hafizah Bt Wan Ahmad.I am 19 years old. I`m from Alor Setar,Kedah..Today I likes to share about my beloved family with you all. I have beloved parents and siblings. My farther`s name, Wan Ahmad bin Wan Ismail and my mother`s name is Hamidah bt Haji Salleh. I have five siblings with is my brother and sister and two younger brother. My brother`s name is Wan Azlan, my sister Wan Hidayu, myself, Wan Hafizah and my younger brother, Wan Amran and Wan Amir Hazwan. My brother is married with Idayana bt Mohd Hashim and already has two childrens, Wan Iris Allissya and Wan Aqish Imran. To me, my niece and nephew so very cute likes their "abah and mama". I feel so enjoy when i can looking my family faced. My sister, I called "ayu". She study at University Malaya in medic cost.  Insyallah, next year (2011) she will be a doctor and I after this I will called she "doctor ayu",hehehehe...I usually joking with she when  meet together. I feel more safety when near with my family.

Actually, I`am home sick so when I study far from family I usually miss my family and if can, every week i want go at home. Huhu..Sometimes we happy and sometimes we in front with the sadness situation such as my younger brother, Wan Amran passed away on 13 May 2009 because accident. After that, my mum ask for me do not ride motorcyle anymore. At the same dated, I gets the best students in SPM but my happiness is just for a while. The person i very pity is my mum, i can`t imagine it. It so very difficult to my family to in front with it. But,  we must to accept it and let`s late goes with peace.

MY DREAMING WEDDING`S

Hy....you all...Actually i very interest when i looking wedding especially popular artist and VVIP of wedding.I usually hope one day i want my wedding to begins like them.Ermmmm,but i don`t know when my dream to become real.In the addition,i want to share in my blog that i likes Dato Siti Nurhaliza and Dato` Khalid Mohammad Jiwa of wedding`s.This is because Dato` Siti  is beautiful and have natural beauty.She is so very soft and low profile mainly when the reporter interview her.The design of her wedding so very interesting with the nice dress,and mainly she use fresh roses for her wedding.Dato` Siti Nurhaliza also get`s sponsorship from Habib Jewels.Wow....It`s so very interesting wedding.i can`t imagine it.
Besides that, i also interest in the other personality of wedding`s such as Erra Fazira,Umie Aida,Serina Redzuwan and for the latest wedding of Dato Sheikh Muszaphar with Dr Halina and Jimmy Shanley,personality television.
